Great location! Close to the grocery store, beach and tourist attractions.

The staff were very helpful with checking in.

The pool area can get busy especially if the apartments are booked as it was the case during our stay.

The parking area can also get crowded, if all apartments are booked.

There are no mosquitoes nets on the windows which made it difficult to open windows with no ac (or we didn’t know how to turn on the ac) during the summer nights. Also, we paid a 60€ cleaning fee at the time of the checkin, I find this excessive given the terrance wasn’t tidy and the range had crumbs all over it.

The apartment has basic amenities, relatively clean.

Excellent characterful apartments with attention to detail and beautifully decorated. Everything was top quality.
Well equipped as well, but no oven, however we were able to borrow a microwave.
Fantastic views and close to all the handy shops, even walking distance.
Eda was super helpful and very friendly.
We really enjoyed the pasta fresca shop la Chicca where all our meals came from!

The rented accommodation Ginestri on Agriturismo Monteverde was wonderful. The big bonus on this estate was the swimming pool and the bonus of Ginestri was our own patio/balcony. Everything needed was there, clean, helpful hostess and parking within the gates of the estate. Definitely considering a come back.

This is a real farm that produces wine and olive oil. The place is quite big with a few houses here and there made for guests. The room we stayed in - Pergola - had heating/air con and a great seating place outside (as I understood shared with other guests) that had couple of tables and a grill.

Our 2 years old loved that he could play outside (the room is on ground floor) and he loved to have dinner also outside.

Sea is reachable in ~15-20 minutes by local roads. Supermarket is just outside the gate - maybe 300-500 meters.

Agriturismo Monteverde is nicely situated in a beautiful environment with phenomenal sights. The owner, 80 years old, keeps all guests comfortable and happy, while his property is maintained well from every site/view. Great place to be. Greetz from Hollanda.
