Nothing but good things to say about C&C. They show up ahead of pours with sufficient time to setup, they are very experienced with their operation of Boom Pumps and have a great selection of pumps available. Talking with dispatch is easy and they maintain fluid and well communication regarding dates and times. I would always recommend.

One of the employees was cussing at passing by vehicles, because the proper safety equipment or traffic cones were not displayed. I have a picture of the African American female employee using vulgar and non safety equipment to direct traffic. Please do not use this unprofessional company.

C&C was doing a job at my wife’s workplace in a congested area and our car accidentally got dinged. The manager was waiting by the car when my wife came out and he apologized and explained what happened. I sent him the damage estimate several days later and he paid it immediately. C&C earned my trust and I will definitely use them the next time I need concrete related work done.

First and last time using these guys! The customer service was terrible and the representative or manager as he referred to himself as, wasn’t very professional. He arrived to our site obnoxiously, parked his truck blocking our clients garage access, offering unsolicited advice, as well as added unexplained charges to my company’s invoice. I’m sure that the owner of this firm would not like this to be how they are doing business. Best of luck.

Pump operator had ear buds in listening to music. Couldn't hear the horn blowing to stop the pump. He run the hopper empty and blew concrete everywhere. He continued to pump with people screaming and yelling to stop but he just continued to pump away covering everyone and everything in concrete. Extremely unprofessional. 5-2-23, Pennington job of 380 & Hardin. Black guy.

First off, I have low expectations for truck drivers. But when you affect my work you're gonna get a bad review. Driver just ripped the hopper open after the pour and didn't even bother backing up 40' to the washout. Had to remind them to wear PPE during the pour. And after they were finished, they left in a personal vehicle and left the truck running right in the middle of where we have our safety meeting. They left the truck for 45 mins!! If you thought this was over that was just the beginning. The 2 operators returned from what I assume was breakfast and finally moved the truck so I could have my meeting. They moved the truck at 7am to our other secondary site and left again!!!!! Worst of all they left it parked in the middle of the entrance to our secondary site. For over 2 and a half hours I called dispatch to hear them tell me they were on their way back and for also 2 and a half hours I had to turn away critical material deliveries for our site. Finally after spending 2 and a half hours enjoying each other's company, the 2 operators finally returned at 9:30 to move the truck. Absolutely rediculus. Better hope you don't get truck 3253, or hope not all their operator think this is acceptable.
