This gentleman Chris is very honest & reliable. Very communicative and always received a text or a call when he was about 30 minutes away. He was at my house 4 times in 1 week trying to resolve my dryer issues, as we had received a defective part that he then had to re-order and come back and replace. He is very quick and efficient and really knows what he’s doing. And if you are anything like me, reliability and honesty go a long way and you could really tell he makes every effort to make the customer happy, it’s not just about money for him. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! They are the most honest and helpful repair company I have ever called and have great communication and follow up. Our dryer wasn't heating and while Chris could have done what most repair companies do and charged us to come out and take a look, he gave me a couple of options over the phone of what the issue could be... so we tried to fix it ourselves and it worked! If we ever have any appliance issue at all in the future, they will be our first call!

A very big thanks to Chris at C&I for replacing the gasket on our LG front-loading washing machine quickly and professionally! He helped us find the part to order ourselves from Amazon to save money compared to the OEM part. He called ahead of our scheduled appointment to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived on time. We had watched a YouTube video about replacing the gasket ourselves, and were very intimidated by the fact that we would need to take the entire front of the washing machine off to get to the gasket…We decided to call a professional instead of DIYing it. Chris was able to replace the gasket without disassembling the machine, and we are very grateful for his expertise! We will be repeat customers!

Chris is the best! He really knows what he's doing and offers his knowledge to his customers. We had Chris out in 2020 for an older washer. He gave us options but ultimately it was too old to fix. With his guidance and suggestions, we bought a new washer that has been amazing. Recently, We had an issue with our water where the pipes were rusting and causing issues with our new washer. Chris was out the next day to diagnose and repair. He came out the following day to replace the faulty part and again offered great advice for future upkeep and preservation of the machine. We will always recommend Chris to anyone that needs an appliance repair person!
