The service support team was very responsive. Daniel was so nice and professional. He documented everything that we looked at in pictures and videos, walked me through all of the options to repair or replace what we need and I never felt any pressure. Coventry & Gattis is by far the best service provider we use across all our needs. We have been customers for well over 10 years And they have completely replaced the HVAC systems in both of my houses. They are fairly priced, very customer oriented and professional. We are part of their maintenance program, which includes a spring and fall systems tuneup again for a reasonable price. As part of this program, you get all preferred pricing on needed repairs and quick turnaround. Just this weekend,(high 105° outside) our upstairs AC unit Quit on us at 9:30 PM on Saturday night, they had The system repaired by noon on Sunday.. We can not say enough, good things about them and our friends who use them as well also consider them their best service provider across-the-board.

Gregg was incredibly nice. He efficiently fixed our broken AC. So glad he was the technician sent out. He is very knowledgeable and works methodically until everything works perfectly. Plus he's great with our dogs. His hard work makes the yearly service plan well worth it!
