Il cibo è buonissimo e Ilaria, la titolare, una persona gentilissima e veramente disponibile. Tutta la famiglia è stata veramente accogliente. Mia figlia si è molto divertita a vedere tutti gli animali della fattoria.

Ilaria and her family provide one of the best experiences in Tuscany. Our family of 20 people (kids and adults) loved the Art of Pecorino cheesemaking course and delicious lunch. I will gladly press and spin pecorino wheels all day just for their homemade ravioli! She helped make our father’s 75th birthday even more special with a delectable pastry crème and fruit dessert, complete with candles and song. They welcomed us in as if we were part of the famiglia and gave us an afternoon we will never forget. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking to enjoy authentic Tuscan food and culture.

We drove through the Tuscan roads of Cortona to enjoy an amazing afternoon of cheese making, touring the sheep farm, and eating a delicious lunch (best food we had all trip) made by the owner and wonderful teacher Ilaria (and her fantastic father)! A family run business that has been around for decades is filled with love and epic views! If you are coming to Cortona and want to do something different and fun... this is it! perfect for a group (we were 10 people)! BRAVA!!!
PS It was in Under the Tuscan Sun!

I arrived hoping to enjoy lunch, but was quickly informed that the venue is for private parties only — something not made clear on the Google listing. The hostess was abrupt, bordering on rude, which made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. A clearer description online and a more courteous approach would go a long way.

אילריה אישה מקסימה, עשינו סדנת הכנת גבינות מהנה מאוד וזכינו ללמוד על החיים בחווה. אכלנו ארוחת צהריים מושקעת טעימה ועשירה בכל טוב. מומלץ!

Wir haben bei Ilaria einen Kurs zur Herstellung des für die Toskana berühmten Pecorino-Käses besucht. Toller und kurzweiliger Kurs (Dauer ca. 4 h), im Rahmen dessen man die Entstehung dieses wertvollen Naturproduktes vom Tier bis zum fertigen Käse aktiv miterleben kann! Im Anschluss wurden wir bei einem herrlichen Mittagessen mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt! Sehr empfehlenswert, die Kosten für den Kurs (Mittagessen inklusive) sind mehr als angemessen!
