La Cantina è un gioiello incastonato nella massiccia collina, circondata da alberi di olive e sottostante perla... la vigna!
La vigna ha una vita propria, curata e protetta tutti i giorni, solo con metodi naturali: il sole e la terra.
La mano e l'occhio dell'uomo sono attenti alla sua crescita naturale e al momento giusto comincia il miracolo naturale della nascita del nettare degli Dei.

The wineyard is located close to Fiesole. It’s a beautiful place, hidden in the middle of nowhere. Quiet and charming.

The wines were fantastic.

If you plan to get there by your own car, bear in mind that the final stretch of road is very old, bumpy and narrow.

I 1000x recommend Poggio La Noce for a wine tasting and to purchase their wines sight-unseen. That an organic, small production winery can produce such wines with so much character, flavor and boldness is a model for other wineries to follow. The tasting was amazing--great meat, cheese (the best Tuscan pecorino I have tried), and their wines... wow. From their interesting whites to their complex, really unique, and absolutely delicious reds, you must try this winery! Set in the beautiful hills of Fiesole, you can taste the history, and Lara (the wonderful hostess who speaks Italian, English, Portuguese and probably many other languages) and the winemaker: Roberto guide you as you taste their hard work. You definitely should take the trip to Poggio La Noce and taste the difference from the run-of-the-mill, tourist-driven wineries.

Great place - managed with love, pride and care. We had a tour and wine tasting for 4 people here today. Roberto was our guide - lovely gentleman with great English and fantastic wine knowledge. Wine is excellent. All organic. We also bought olive oil and grappa.

Highly recommend.

We took a taxi from the center of Florence which costs 30-40 € one way and takes approximately 30 mins.

We had a wonderful experience at this small winery during our stay in Florence. It's in a beautiful setting and the wine is delicious. Our tour and tasting was intimate, with just a few other guests and our children were made to feel welcome and just charged a small amount for snacks. It's a great option if you don't have a car as you can just get a bus to Fiesole very easily from Florence and then book the winery's shuttle service - they come and pick you up from Fiesole in a Landrover which is very fun. We loved seeing the beautiful Tuscan countryside - highly recommend.

Beautiful little vineyard in the amazing hills of Tuscany. We called them just one day in advance and they still gave us a tour just for the two of us. The tour was great, enthusiastically brought by Camilla, our gracious hostess. The wines were delicious and served with some lovely local cheese and ham, and their own amazing olive oil with bread. Highly recommended!

Excellent small winery specialising in organic wines. Very friendly owners, staff speaks English. Should you be lucky enough to get a chance at a wine tasting here you'll not be disappointed.
